How many are in your "social distancing together" party?

Please note that
each person of your party must RSVP individually
to acknowledge the waiver forms below.
COVID Questionnaire at Sign-In:
Please be advised that upon sign-in, your temperature will be checked (touch-free) and you will be asked several quick questions to ensure you have not been recently exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19. If you are feeling ill or think you could have COVID-19, please be safe and stay home for the sake of the other volunteers.
Tools:
We will have tools available for volunteers to use. However, if you have your own tools and are able to bring them, we would appreciate this! Tools that would be useful include round point shovels, pitchforks, hand pruners, metal garden rakes, leaf rakes, bolt cutters (for removing wire cage around root balls), scissors/knife (for removing twine and removing tags), pliers (for removing nails), wheelbarrows (for removing wood chips) and work gloves.
Attire:
Volunteers are requested to come dressed for the weather and to get dirty (at least on the knees
of your jeans and shoes). Please wear closed-toe shoes (no sandals or flip flops). We plant rain or shine (lightning or downpour the exceptions), so bring a poncho or rain coat if rain is a possibility.
Each volunteer is asked to acknowledge and agree to the two waiver forms below.
